The Premier of Brooklyn DIY at MoMA Director’s Cut

James Kalm once again ventures to the Museum of Modern Art and risks expulsion for the unauthorized recording of the World Premier of Marcin Romacki’s “Brooklyn DIY”. This feature length movie documents the development of Williamsburg’s artistic community, from its beginnings as a far-flung outpost for wayward groovers through its “Golden Age” as hipster utopia to the current status as ground zero in the latest real estate land rush. Featuring an interview with director Marcin Ramocki, and unsanctioned clips from the feature.
