Creative Global Network for the Visual Arts

The artist Llym Foulkes is an almost mythic figure in the Southern California art scene. Having a career that took off in the early 60s, with the legendary Ferus Gallery, he's been in and out of fashion, but has maintained a consistent practice that pushes the boundaries of painting. This exhibition presents a broad view covering nearly forty years of his landscape works, and pays special attention to those works depicting rocks. Included is a percussionistic prelude recorded on the streets of Williamsburg by SIMOTRON.

Thanks for making this this. I haven't been to NYC galleries in so long it's ridiculous, but more importantly, I really enjoyed this. If I am not mistaken I have seen some of your gallery visit videos a few years ago. Glad to have crossed your path again, thanks a million.
