If you're an artist, what kind of art do you make?
I am...
Alessandro has been a painter for a long while and from more than ten years he's been an active performer and expert both of visual arts and of plastic arts.

He received the title of 'Mastro' in Versilia, where he developed as a performer while working for contemporary and other artistic companies.

Alessandro has been an arts lecturer in several public and private schools and he is in charge of the development of the visual identity of different artist and musicians in Italy.

Recently, as a result of the combination of his multidisciplinary talents, he's been working as a scenographer and as a graphic designer responsible for two renowned publishing houses.

Often you'll find him trekking or climbing mountains, looking for inspiration, trying to get new ideas to feed his uncountable talents.

When you think of Alessandro you have to think in many other artists that have received his touch of creativity in order to be more accessible on the web, to have a better image, to transmit a more artistic feeling.
About my artwork
My paints paints born from a deep knowledge of the portrayed people: they are all women and dear friends. I made them with the colors that these girls gave to me, and I gave them back with these canvas.

Personally I’m extremely attracted by the female figure, since I was child.
Since I was young, I was charmed by the Leonardo’s figures, then, during the years of artistic studies, this attraction to the painting 'in the feminine' brought me to admire the jobs of Rossetti and the symbolists as Khnopff, Delville, Von Stuck and Klimt, in whom I found a particular type of executive technique and sensuality that I admired for the expressive power.

I also admired and loved Vincent Van Gogh, Piet Mondrian, Franz Mark, Andy Warhol and Keith Haring, especially the way they use the color, extoling its expressive power. So these paints born by the union of all these passions, and I use the technique as an expressive mean. In fact, these paints are completely instinctive, even if the color’s geometry could deceive.

This particular treating allows me to have the final result that I can expose in different way, inclusive outdoor events, so I can realize outdoor installations that they can persist for too much days. Often, in fact, I collaborate with buskers festival and street artists, and these executions become an idea and a way to unite the different arts, creating an scenographical and emotional environments in which the various artists can interact each other, performing themselves.

I love this instinctive artistic reality of improvisation, and I hope that these jobs can steal you some smile, memory, color or emotion.

Enjoy the vision!
