Alan, am interested in NLP, art and ´´therapy´´,i used painting as a way of confronting and transforming the past, the dark unconscious ,i used dotting, mainly white, anything i didnt like that showed up on the canvas i dottet away, bringing light into it, and by doing that, bringinging lighht in myself, the darker areas..that was my own, self styled approach...it seems to have worked, as cosmic consciousness...BLISS, FREEDOM, JOY now finally start entering and dominating my life...i hardly ever speak about this...am a bit of an outsider but now that it seems to start working, i am glad to find kindred spirits like you and Bruce Rimmel...i have very limited time on the internet (local library) but will check in regularly..
glad you liked my essay ´´the future art´´, take care Nico
Well, for me, the journey of the visionary artist is very similar to the journey of the shaman: to enter into that subconscious world of wild forces and return with something bright, challenging or inspiring to consciously re-create in the world. So yes it's having one foot in both the unconscious and conscious domains. But that's just my feeling.
Thanks for your good words about my work. I lvoe the visionary aspects of your work - NLP is so important when working with those deep and often fragmented archetypes isn't it?
