I am an art historian and I work as a touristic guide in Rome. Every day I'm surrounded by art and by the classical idea of beauty; anyway the main attraction for me is to find my personal concept of beauty in the architecture in the objects in the writings that really represent our life and identity.
About my artwork
"I can define my work as the art of the fragment. I adore travelling physically and with my imagination, in the forgotten spaces like some of the urban or the industrial decay. I follow my instinct deeply convinced that a kind of beauty is hidden everywhere, and I receive the fascination of the materials destroyed and transformed so that it's hard to remember what there was before...Anyway I find that among this unrecognizable fragments a piece of eternity persists. An eternity that I feel in our momentary passage, such in the graffiti writings, in our intelligence for the creation of the environment where we live, the signals, boxes, the industrial machines. Finally the transformation of the matter through the times."
Artists I like
Rauschenberg, Basquiat, Warhol
I love to dance and I love so much the music, mainly Michael Jackson that is my source of inspiration.

Really like your sculptural work! Those books seem somehow strangely fermented...poetic and fascinating. Remind me a bit about Anselm Kiefer's work of shelves with books. Your sculptures have a quite different quality though - much more sensuous than the sculpture of Kiefer.

Ciao Valentina, grazie per aver apprezzato i miei lavori.
Ti faccio i complimenti per i tuoi; mi piace molto il mix di materiali che usi e il modo di integrare colori e segni grafici.
Un saluto
