Iwas born in A Corunha, Galicia.
Galicia it is know as a green country of a thousand rivers. There is a strong animistic tradition which permeates all aspects of culture.
I was brought up in an area called as Marinhas. It is a combination of touristic destination by the sea, busy ports and decaying industrial area. Since very little I have been aware of the degradation of my environment, (rivers, sea, air, forests) caused by humankind in many different ways.
My upbringing has an important effect on how I perceive and understand the world surrounding her.
I studied at the Escola de Artes e Oficios Pablo Picasso in A Corunha, specializing in Volume
After Graduating I worked producing theater stage sets and props in A Corunha.
In her late twenties I decided to spend a couple of years traveling and finally settled in London.
While in London UK I followed illustration and printing courses and specialized in Ceramics from Camberwell College of Art.
I live and work in London
About my artwork
I make art for aesthetic reasons and in order to tell stories, to comment on social, political, environmental and philosophical issues.
