2. Inspire: pay attention the real things around.

3. Personal knowledge and emotional memories: these could either support or limit the thoughts, so keep learn and change.

4. Respect:it is hard to understand everything, but respect at least. The real world cannot…

Variable Maps- Exploration of mapping systems

Known/unknown

Project name: Variable Maps- Exploration of mapping systems

Information age equals to binary system in my opinion. When verifying alternatively in contradictory elements became the basic methodology, communication tends to be more effective on a suppositional stage consequently. I consider dualism as the foundation in visual analysis, thus the things what we’ve known and unknown will be transformed in one another. If both sides in conversation had… Continue

I should upload it. It's only 4 and a half minutes. Let me see if I can figure that out. I will be editing a new one soon that I made in Germany in April. I show still images (painting on glass). I have about two hours of raw footage that I want to cut back to 15 minutes or so.

You are trained as a graphic designer perhaps?

Hi Xiaoman, Yes I am a big fan of Ai Wewei
's work, he seems to bring a great philosophical understanding of both, western and chinese art and his avant-garde vision is outstanding. There is a wonderful article here about him. (if you haven't already read it)

Hi Xiaoman, thanks for sharing your artworks, I love your sensitivity that you display in the works. I just read your Known/unknown blog and found it very thought provoking. I'm just now doing some work that deals with borders and space, so your blog has given me more food for thought. Thanks and cheers Roman
