If you're an artist, what kind of art do you make?
Conceptual, Digital, Drawing, Installation, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture, Video
never sure if I'm going in the right direction, but I don't mind if I get lost.
About my artwork
I usually use my own body as a reference for the female forms within my work, and although I wouldn't claim to be a feminist, the influence of the 70's feminist art is obvious within my work. At the moment I am trying to resolve a piece which the viewer will be able to interact with, by climbing through the piece, allowing them to participate within the work as well as being a viewer.
Artists I like
Cindy Sherman, Nikki De Saint Phalle, VALIE EXPORT, Francesca Woodman, Sarah Lucas, Yves Klein, Marlene Dumas, Louise Bourgeois, Hans Bellmer, and many others.
People watching (but not in a weird way), conversations, going to galleries and other day to day stuff.
