I am...
..........a lover of life. I believe everything happens for a reason & I accept I am EXACTLY where I am supposed to be today. You can make lemonade with the cards you are dealt. You live your life like anyone else. I am blessed with a beautiful family & friends. I have met great people & learned many lessons on my journey.

I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease in February 2002 and that kept me literally bed-bound. My doctors said that because I went undiagnosed so long & damaged badly Neurologically they would be impossible for me to do. I was crawling & could not focus. 9 years later I can say that after selling 1400 dolls made 1 at a time I can say with confidence that they were wrong!
About my artwork

"WALL DANCERS"

I began the "Wall Dancers" in February 2003. I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease in February 2002 and that kept me literally bed-bound. My doctors said that because I went undiagnosed so long & damaged Neurologically they would be impossible for me to do. I was crawling & could not focus. 9 years later I can say that after me making them 1 at a time. After selling 1400 made 1 at a time I can say with confidence that they were wrong!

MY NEW FOUND ART PROJECTS:
I have decided that I lost track of WHY I love my art. I love the gals but it as time for a change & this change is going to be around for awhile. Ken from Landfill Art asked if I would do my polymer work on a hubcap. It was so very cool to think there will be 1041 hubcaps considered to be 'junk' turned into 'masterpieces.' Loving the whole idea I have not made a doll but am having a blast making art from found objects. I forgot how much fun art can be!
Hugs,
Keri

My Biggest Piece To Date!

I did this when I 1st began my found object art less than a year ago. This piece I would walk by & just think there is something that just erks me. So I ripped it apart & I always wanted a piece for myself with arms & legs. So this piece is loaded with parts! I cannot repeat her name but if you look at her hands..................… Continue

wow, keri joy, your work is a whole bunch of fun...i see you like to work with the cast-offs of culture, just like i do, but it's amazing how many different sensibilities can be represented by found object inventions...! thanks for adding me...
