My work is surreal, unique, often not understood or appreciated by conventional installation centred galleries. I use acrylics, make up, ink, pencil, pen, collage, whatever i feel is right for the work, never do prelim sketches it tires the idea, and call on my unique and fantastic imagination to conjure up self portraits with 40s actress hedy lamarr who i look like with mini versions in our hair, women with women as hair, victorian men with hidden heads and duck feet and manwoman combinations. I am my art and its very me.
Artists I like
Myself, rene magritte, george jardine and distaste for modern installation art of one skull with a feather and a dead tv in a box style and harsh painted nudes eeeee yuk!
Making little silly sculptures from sugar packets in cafes random dancing brunette worship
Persian cats the way they sashay 30s films especially the dream like odd man out, mooching, customising clothes, vintage cars, poppies, fun, jumping, giggling, yoga, shopping
What exhibitions are good at the moment?

HI, yeah Magritte is one of my favourites. Just to look at though and take inspiration from. I don't think i would ever be able to have the patience to paint like he did. How is your work going?
