If you're an artist, what kind of art do you make?
Painting, Photography, Sculpture
I think of myself as a writer and a philosopher (beleive me, I didn't take on the last title myself, that's what my friends keep telling me I am).
About my artwork
Photography and writing are my primary focal points these days. I prefer to work in B&W because I love the contrast and the heavier focus on forms. Color is still a lot of fun and I think that comes out best at night.
Artists I like
Photographers: Edward Weston, Ansel Adams.
Painters: Vincent van Gogh, Joan Miro, Georgia O'Keefe.
Sculptors: Marcel Duchamp, Auguste Rodin
Art, politics, philosophy, physical fitness, reading everything I can get my hands on.

I was thinking your comment about MIchael Parks and still really dont get it...he is fairly redundant and I truly think a bit shallow .... I certainly hope you dont get that from my work. His exicution is masterly, but he repeats his themes way too much for me.
