About my artwork
I sculpt, enter the moment and live forever as the muse takes over and the work lives. I work in ceramic, paper mache, glass mosaic and am now branching into light and shadow alongside a PhD across several disciplines. Each piece of work is unique as I allow the hiccups of fate to enter my work and lead it in unexpected and inherently natural directions.
Artists I like
Julie Lucus, Paul McCarthy, Geiger, Marion Peck, Gloria Achucarro, Sebastian Collier, Tecnonaut, Escher, Fukushida and loads more.......
Christina, thanks for the friend invite. The mosaic-covered pieces have punch. Outrageous is a worthy goal. The photo, "Dark Side," grabs me. Umm, photographing your own work, then translating it to another medium - the possibilities. Science and math folks make engaging artists.
As long as there is no witchy poo hocus pocus stuff involved. People are entitled to their beliefs but I am entitled to ignore them. That stuff makes me uneasy. And besides I'm a Catholic and might always harbour a secret urged to burn you. It's in the genes, I guess. That could be construed as an unhealthy relationship and shoul be avoided - don't you think?
