The Art of Invention

The Public, New Street, West Bromwich, UK B70 7PG

runs until 26th June 2011

Three exhibitions exploring the power of the artist's imagination.

- Selected works from the Frank Cohen Collection (Ahriman    Nader,  Denis Masi, James Pyman, Patrick O'Reilly, Till Gerhard    & Tom  Dixon).

- Frillip Moolog: Another Place -Sculptures by Kirsty E Smith

- The Black Country Bench; PodProjects

The Art of Invention explores the links between the artist's imagination, industry, science and science fiction.

The Public is in the heart of West Bromwich. This cutting edge building designed by Will Alsop is often described as having similarities to a giant spaceship. The perfect venue for this programme of exhibitions.
