londonprintstudio is an artist-run, not-for-profit organisation that provides educational resources in the graphic arts for artists, community organizations, education institutions and the public.
Based in Central West London, the studio is unique - a working professional studio with an integrated gallery space; a gallery print shop and book store; an educational resource, a digital design studio; and a network of professional printmakers, artists, designers, and comics artists.
We welcome people from different backgrounds to join us; as well as open access facilities, there a lots of events and courses; there's a postgraduate printmaking programme; and there's a residency programme for artists.

We offer both Introductory and Intermediate Courses in Screenprinting.
Intaglio Printmaking refers to a printing method in which the printing elements are all below the plate surface, having been cut, scratched, engraved, or etched into the plate to form ink-retaining grooves.
We offer offer Introductory and Intermediate Courses in different forms of Intaglio Printmaking including Etching & Photopolymer.
Stone Lithography is a printing method that is based on the principle that oil and water do not mix. Using a greasy substance, an image is drawn or painted on to a flat stone. The stone is then processed and printed.
We offer both Introductory and Intermediate Courses in Stone Lithography.
Letterpress is a term for the relief printing of text and image using a ‘type high’ printing press, in which a reversed, raised surface is inked and then pressed in to a sheet of paper to obtain an image.
We offer Introductory Courses in Photopolymer for Vandercook Letterpress which focus on using photopolymer plates, on which digital artwork can be exposed and then printed using the Vandercook press.

Our Digital Studio offers Photography of artworks and sites of all sizes, dimensions and mediums.
Our staff work closely with you to ensure that the images are captured and edited to your specifications and can offer one to one training in image manipulation, outputting and display.
