CALL TO ARTISTS for a collective exhibition summer 2015, Venezia, Italy, during the 56th Biennial

The selection is free of charge and open to artists acting in every field.

The selected artists will have to contribute with a participation fee to cover the expenses of rental, printing of the paper catalogue and advertisement materials, the set-up etcetera.

The artworks considered for selection , in few words, shall conceptually reflect the comparison between the future and the past.
Starting from the considerations about a degeneration of modern society, a frenetic and unbalanced human being, then showing connections to the thematic thread that can be explicated, for example, through the following points: un-contemporaneity, diachronic thought, dilated time, slow culture, balance and harmony, aloof vision of the present, suspension, universality, fundamental principles, the past, the memory, restart, customs and traditions, going backward, dead-end street, flashback, deja-vu, vintage, steampunk, classic philosophy, arcadianism, Primitivism, rural and biodynamic world, ancient techniques, Arte Povera, cave graffiti.
